Position Overview: The Pediatric Pharmacy Clinical Manager will lead and oversee pediatric clinical pharmacy services, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes and safe pharmaceutical practices for pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical pharmacy programs for pediatric patient populations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize medication therapy
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and pediatric dosing safety protocols
• Provide clinical education, mentorship, and performance improvement leadership
• Manage pediatric clinical pharmacists and departmental performance

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist license in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric pharmacy leadership or management experience
• PharmD preferred
