Position Overview: Our Client is seeking an Outpatient Coding Team Lead to oversee daily outpatient coding operations and drive documentation accuracy and regulatory integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support outpatient coding staff and operational workflows
• Ensure coding accuracy and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Partner with providers to resolve documentation discrepancies
• Conduct coding audits and deliver education and performance feedback
• Track and monitor productivity, quality, and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient coding leadership experience
• Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting required
