Position Overview: The Manager of the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is responsible for leading clinical operations, team performance, and patient outcomes within a high-acuity step-down setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day PCU operations and clinical staff workflow
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care
• Maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care coordination
• Manage staffing, resource allocation, budgeting, and departmental KPIs
• Implement performance improvement and patient outcome initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Florida or Compact state
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in PCU or telemetry setting
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
