Position Overview: The Manager of Labor and Delivery & Antepartum provides operational leadership for maternal-child health services. This role oversees patient care delivery, safety, and staff performance across labor, delivery, and antepartum units while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and team performance within L&D and antepartum units
• Partner with OB providers, anesthesia, NICU, and support teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Lead quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives supporting maternal-fetal outcomes
• Maintain continuous regulatory and accreditation readiness
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and budgetary planning

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Florida or Compact-eligible state
• Minimum 3 year of leadership or charge-level experience in Labor & Delivery
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
