Role Overview: The hospital is seeking an experienced Manager of Hospital Facilities Management to lead day-to-day facility operations, ensuring full compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. This role is essential to maintaining infrastructure reliability, patient safety, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee maintenance, engineering, and facility operations across the hospital campus
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, AHCA, OSHA, NFPA, and life safety standards
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, energy/utilities optimization, and emergency preparedness
• Oversee facilities team performance, operational budgets, and capital improvement projects
• Partner with hospital leadership to align infrastructure strategy with organizational objectives

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 year of leadership experience in hospital or healthcare facilities management
• Strong working knowledge of hospital regulatory and life safety standards
• CHFM certification preferred (not mandatory)
• No employment gaps exceeding 1 year; clean professional history required
