Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Manager of Critical Care to oversee CVICU or MSICU operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily ICU operations, staffing, and performance
• Implement evidence-based practices and quality initiatives
• Collaborate with intensivists and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Manage budgets and departmental goals

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 3 year of leadership experience in ICU
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
