Position Overview: Seeking a Manager of Food and Nutritional Services to lead dietary operations with a focus on patient satisfaction, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all food service operations and staff supervision
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage operational budgets, inventory, and service quality metrics
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient nutritional requirements
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and process optimization

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 year of leadership experience in healthcare food services
• CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certification preferred
