Position Overview: The Manager, Central Sterilization is responsible for leading sterile processing operations in support of perioperative and procedural services across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee instrument decontamination, reprocessing, sterilization, and distribution workflows
• Ensure full compliance with AAMI standards and all regulatory/accreditation requirements
• Partner with OR and procedural leadership teams to drive workflow optimization and service efficiency
• Lead staff development, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Collaborate with Infection Prevention to uphold best practices and safety initiatives
Qualifications:
• CRCST certification required
• Minimum 1 year of sterile processing leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting
