Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, workflow, and testing accuracy
• Manage quality assurance programs and ensure adherence to CAP/CLIA and state regulations
• Collaborate with pathologists, hospital leadership, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Lead staff scheduling, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Drive departmental efficiency, safety, and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
• Active Florida Clinical Laboratory License
• Minimum 3 year of laboratory management or supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
