Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department 
Location: Cleveland, OH (Multiple locations throughout OH nearby Cleveland) 
Shift: Night – 3×12-hour (19:00 – 07:30) 
Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension) 

Position Overview 

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Department at a leading healthcare facility in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered, compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and clinical excellence at all times. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and prioritize patient needs in emergent situations. 

• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions accurately and safely. 

• Respond rapidly and effectively to life-threatening or critical care scenarios. 

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. 

• Promote infection prevention and adhere to all safety and quality protocols. 

• Provide emotional support and communication to patients and families during high-stress situations. 

• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care. 

• Participate in continuous education, training, and quality improvement initiatives. 

• Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and strong teamwork in all clinical settings. 

• Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and evidence-based nursing practices. 

Required Qualifications 

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED/ER) experience (required). 

• Licensure: Active Ohio Registered Nurse License or Compact State License (required). 

• Certifications: 

• BLS – American Heart Association (AHA) 

• ACLS – American Heart Association (AHA) 

• PALS – American Heart Association (AHA)
