Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Tele 
Location: Cleveland, OH (Multiple locations throughout OH nearby Cleveland) (Multiple locations throughout OH nearby Cleveland) 
Shift: 

• Day: 3×12-hour (07:00 – 19:30) 

• Night: 3×12-hour (19:00 – 07:30) 
  Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension; facility open to 15–16 week contracts) 

Position Overview 

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Tele to join a dedicated hospital team. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care, demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment to ensure the best patient outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care aligned with established clinical protocols. 

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients across medical-surgical and telemetry units. 

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding promptly to changes in patient conditions. 

• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to achieve quality patient outcomes. 

• Document all patient care activities in compliance with facility and regulatory standards. 

• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment. 

• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned. 

Qualifications 

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent, relevant Med Surg/Telemetry experience (required). 

• Licensure: Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License (required). 

• Certifications: 

• BLS (AHA) – required 

• ACLS (AHA) – required 

• NIHSS – required
