Job Title: Treatment Coordinator – Level 2
Location: Bradenton, FL 34203
Duration: 12 Months
The Treatment Coordinator – Level 2 is responsible for guiding patients through recommended dental care by presenting treatment plans, explaining financial options, and facilitating case acceptance. This role requires excellent communication, knowledge of dental procedures, and insurance processes to ensure patients understand and commit to their care.
Present comprehensive treatment plans, including multi-phase and specialty procedures, to patients.
Clearly explain financial options, insurance estimates, and payment plans.
Build rapport with patients to lead case acceptance efforts.
Coordinate treatment scheduling and case management with providers and specialists.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient communication and financial arrangements.
Oversee recall systems and follow up on unscheduled treatment.
Mentor Level 1 Treatment Coordinators or front desk team members as needed.
Ensure insurance pre-authorizations are submitted and tracked accurately.
Minimum 3 years of dental treatment coordination or front office experience.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance coding, and financial coordination.
Proficiency with dental software systems and digital charting.
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree.
