Job Title: Registered Nurse – Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Duration: 13 weeks (extendable)
Shift: 12x3 Nights
Pay Rate: $2,055 Weekly Gross
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to provide high-quality post-operative care to patients recovering from anesthesia. The RN will monitor patient vital signs, manage post-surgical recovery, and respond to complications while collaborating with the perioperative team.
Provide comprehensive post-anesthesia care to patients following surgical procedures.
Monitor and assess patient vital signs, pain levels, and overall condition.
Recognize and respond promptly to post-operative complications.
Administer medications and interventions as ordered.
Educate patients and families regarding recovery processes and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and hospital protocols.
Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and nursing teams to ensure quality patient care.
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in PACU or post-anesthesia care.
Must be willing to work at least 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve).
No local candidates within a 50-mile radius.
