Job Title: Travel RN – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Weston, WV
Duration: 13 weeks (extendable)
Shift: Nights | 4x12 Hours
Pay Rate: $2,540 weekly gross
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (ICU) for a travel assignment in West Virginia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary care team.
Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
Monitor, assess, and record vital signs, treatment responses, and patient progress.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and facility policies.
Operate and manage critical care equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform life-saving procedures when necessary.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the EMR system.
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required.
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required
CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) – Preferred
