Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Cleveland, OH 44195
Contract Length: 15–16 weeks (flexible based on preference)
Shift: 3x12-hour shifts, Day/Night Rotating (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Payrate: $55 - $60/hr
Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for an exciting job in Cleveland, OH.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care on medical-surgical telemetry units.
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes.
Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document patient responses.
Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary staff, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with hospital standards.
Uphold patient safety, quality, and patient-centered care standards.
Qualifications:
Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license.
Minimum 2 Years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience (travel experience accepted).
Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
Must successfully complete ECG Rhythm Recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.
