Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Float Pool

Pay Range: $45–$50/hr ($1,650 – $1,900 weekly)
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Float Pool for an exciting job in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
Float between ICU, Step-Down, PACU, and MTC based on staffing needs
Deliver direct care to critically ill patients: assessment, intervention, continuous monitoring
Administer IV meds and treatments per provider orders and hospital protocols
Respond to codes/emergencies using BLS/ACLS standards
Document care in EPIC EMR accurately and timely
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to drive optimal outcomes
Assist with PACU or MTC patient holds when needed
Uphold infection control and patient safety best practices
Qualifications:
ADN or BSN preferred
Active RN license (state of practice)
BLS & ACLS — required
Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care experience in an acute care hospital
Prior float or multi-unit experience strongly preferred
