Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Tele
Locations: Garfield Heights, OH 44125 & Warrensville Heights, OH 44122
Shift: Night – 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
Duration: 13 Weeks (High potential for extension)
Type: Travel or Local Contract [LOCALS ALSO ACCEPTED]
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Med-Surg/Telemetry RNs to join hospital teams in Garfield Heights, Ohio & Warrensville Heights, Ohio. The nurse will provide safe, evidence-based care to patients in a busy acute care environment.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor cardiac rhythms.
Administer medications and manage patient care per established nursing standards.
Document interventions and patient responses accurately in the EHR.
Communicate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
Maintain adherence to infection control and safety standards.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience (required).
Licensure: Active Ohio RN License or Compact License (in hand).
Certifications:
BLS – AHA
ACLS – AHA
NIHSS
