Title: Certified Surgical Technologist III

Schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | 36 Hours per Week
Pay Rate: Local: $42/hr | Traveler: $50/hr
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Certified Surgical Technologist III to support a busy perioperative services department. The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of surgical procedures, maintain a sterile environment, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care. This role also serves as a technical resource and mentor for other surgical team members.
Function as a scrub technologist for a variety of surgical procedures, including ENT, General, GYN, Orthopedic, Urology, Vascular, Robotic, and Total Joint Replacement cases.
Prepare and maintain sterile fields, surgical instruments, and supplies.
Safely operate and maintain surgical and robotic equipment (including Mako Robotics systems).
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and RNs to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
Adhere to perioperative safety standards and infection control policies.
Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new technologists and other surgical team members.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential (required).
Demonstrated experience in multiple surgical specialties (ENT, General, GYN, Ortho, Robotic, Vascular, Urology, Total Joints).
Strong understanding of aseptic and sterile techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Direct patient care and operating room experience required.
