Job Title: Registered Nurse (Occupational Health)
Location: Russellville, AR 72802
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Contract: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $38 - $40/hr

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (Occupational Health) for an exciting job in Russellville, AR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
• Dispense over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered
• Conduct required screening tests (drug/alcohol, spirometry, audiometric)
• Maintain OSHA, state, and team member health records
• Participate in plant safety and ergonomic programs
• Assist with team member health promotion, education, and training programs
• Identify workers’ compensation cases and assist with documentation and file maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned to support plant health and safety initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in Occupational Health Nursing
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Standard computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, simple queries); experience with business systems preferred
• CPR and First Aid instructor certification preferred

Education:

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical or Vocational Nursing program
• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state of employment
