Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
Pay Rate:
Local: $2,415/week
Travel: $2,979/week
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with strong experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor cardiac rhythms, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in a Med/Surg and Telemetry environment.
Monitor and document vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and test results accurately.
Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
Assess patient progress and communicate condition changes to the healthcare team.
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and recovery instructions.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York or Compact State.
Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg and Telemetry experience in an acute care setting.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required).
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
