Professional Services Organization Change Specialist

The Professional Services Organization Change Specialist supports the adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors by developing and implementing effective change management strategies and communications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute organizational change management strategies and plans.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments.

Design and deliver communication plans to support change initiatives.

Develop training materials, curricula, and implementation strategies.

Monitor adoption, identify resistance, and drive change reinforcement.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with organizational change management strategies.

Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Experience with training plan development and delivery.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project environments.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption.
