Professional Services Business Analyst

The Professional Services Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, modeling business processes, and supporting solution design to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and addressed.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate business requirements.

Facilitate requirements workshops and design reviews.

Support business process modeling and solution design.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Provide analytical support for investment and benefit realization activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with requirements development and business process modeling.

Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methods.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication abilities.

Experience supporting solution design and implementation planning.
