The Professional Services Solutions Architect designs end-to-end solutions that address business challenges, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with strategic objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design solution architectures that support business requirements and technology strategy. 

• Conduct options analysis and feasibility assessments. 

• Collaborate with project teams to define implementation plans. 

• Support requirements workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder facilitation. 

• Align solutions with financial, operational, and organizational goals. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Experience with solution architecture and options analysis. 

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 

• Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement. 

• Knowledge of cost/benefit analysis and ROI models. 

• Excellent facilitation and documentation skills.
