Strategy and Portfolio Resource Management Analyst 

The Strategy and Portfolio Resource Management Analyst manage and analyzes resource capacity and allocation across IT portfolios to ensure optimal utilization and support strategic priorities. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain accurate visibility into resource capacity and demand. 

• Collaborate with project and portfolio managers to align resource planning with project timelines. 

• Provide reporting and analytics on utilization, forecasting, and capacity gaps. 

• Support governance decision-making through resource impact assessments. 

• Assist in implementing tools and processes for resource management. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Experience with resource planning and capacity management. 

• Knowledge of portfolio and demand management processes. 

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery. 

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
