Strategy and Portfolio Demand Management Analyst 

The Strategy and Portfolio Demand Management Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing technology demand to support strategic investment decisions and effective resource allocation. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and analyze incoming technology and business demand requests. 

• Collaborate with business relationship managers and project teams to assess feasibility and priority. 

• Support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and resource utilization reporting. 

• Provide visibility into demand trends and portfolio impacts. 

• Contribute to governance and decision-making processes. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Experience in demand management and portfolio planning. 

• Strong analytical, forecasting, and prioritization skills. 

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. 

• Understanding of resource capacity planning. 

• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation abilities.
