Technology Operations Communication Service Technician 

The Technology Operations Communication Service Technician provides hands-on technical support for telecommunication systems, ensuring reliable voice and radio communications across infrastructure. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Install, configure, and maintain telephony and radio systems. 

• Support field operations for tower sites and cabling infrastructure. 

• Troubleshoot and repair voice and network connectivity issues. 

• Collaborate with engineers and administrators on upgrades. 

• Document work orders and maintenance activities. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Hands-on experience with Avaya and Cisco telephony equipment. 

• Knowledge of digital voice, radio, and microwave systems. 

• Familiarity with cable plant infrastructure (copper and fiber). 

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. 

• Ability to work in field and data center environments.
