Technology Operations Test Manager 

The Technology Operations Test Manager oversees testing activities to ensure the performance, security, and reliability of infrastructure, network, and telephony systems. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop test strategies for data centers, networking, and telephony systems. 

• Manage testing of upgrades, implementations, and integrations. 

• Coordinate testing for Avaya, Cisco, VMware, Nutanix, and Cohesity solutions. 

• Oversee test environment preparation and defect management. 

• Ensure testing aligns with operational and security standards. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Experience testing infrastructure, network, and telephony systems. 

• Familiarity with Avaya, Cisco, VMware, Nutanix, and Cohesity platforms. 

• Strong knowledge of IP networking and digital communications testing. 

• Experience coordinating cross-functional test teams. 

• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
