Technology Operations Business Analyst 

The Technology Operations Business Analyst bridges operational requirements and technical teams, helping to design and implement infrastructure and network solutions that support business goals. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Gather and document technical and business requirements for infrastructure and network projects. 

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and administrators to define solutions. 

• Support planning for data center upgrades, telephony enhancements, and network modernization. 

• Assist with asset tracking, documentation, and compliance reporting. 

• Ensure alignment with security and operational standards. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Familiarity with networking, telephony, and infrastructure technologies. 

• Knowledge of Cisco, Avaya, VMware, Nutanix, and Cohesity environments. 

• Strong documentation and communication skills. 

• Understanding of IAM and cloud services (Azure, AWS). 

• Experience working in Agile or structured project environments.
