Technology Operations Network Administrator

The Technology Operations Network Administrator manages and supports enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity for voice, data, and radio communications.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain IP networks, including switching, routing, and security components.

Support telephony systems (Avaya, Cisco) and radio communications infrastructure.

Perform network upgrades, patching, and configuration.

Collaborate with engineers and architects on network improvements.

Document network configurations and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency with Cisco and Avaya networking technologies.

Knowledge of IP routing, switching, and security practices.

Experience with digital voice, digital radio, and microwave networks.
