Decision Support Data Analyst

The Decision Support Data Analyst gathers, interprets, and visualizes data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights that support operational and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and analyze data from HANA, Snowflake, and other data sources.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar BI tools.

Perform trend and statistical analysis on large datasets.

Support public and open data portal initiatives through data preparation and validation.

Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience working with SAP HANA analytics and reporting.

Strong proficiency in Tableau and SQL querying.

Familiarity with Snowflake and data extraction tools.

Knowledge of GIS/ESRI data visualization.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
