Business Automation Business Analyst

The Business Automation Business Analyst collaborates with business and technical teams to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and design technology solutions to support core enterprise systems including SAP ERP (CCS/CRM, WMS, HCM, FMS), ARIBA procure-to-pay, RecordPoint, Clevest, Accela, and GIS/ESRI.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit and document functional and technical requirements for business automation solutions.

Support SAP functional areas including CCS/CRM, WMS, HCM, and FMS.

Partner with technical teams to ensure successful integration between SAP and specialized business systems.

Analyze and document RecordPoint/SharePoint workflows and Accela or Clevest configurations.

Facilitate process design sessions and recommend system improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

Deep understanding of SAP ERP modules.

Experience as SAP Functional Business Analyst or Configurator.

Familiarity with RecordPoint and SharePoint records management.

Knowledge of ARIBA, Accela permitting, and Clevest dispatch systems.

Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and communication skills.
