Workforce Productivity Business Analyst

The Workforce Productivity Business Analyst supports technology initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and ensuring solutions align with end-user productivity needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and document requirements for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and workforce solutions.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Collaborate with developers and administrators to support system enhancements.

Participate in testing, user acceptance, and release planning.

Document workflows and integration requirements for XML/SOAP messaging.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience working with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint platforms.

Familiarity with XML, SOAP, WSDL, and related standards.

Understanding of web technologies and integration processes.

Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.

Strong documentation and communication skills.
