Workforce Productivity PC Support Technician

The Workforce Productivity PC Support Technician provides hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring secure, reliable access to productivity applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktop and mobile systems.

Troubleshoot application and platform integration issues.

Support XML/SOAP-based integrations for workforce tools.

Ensure device compliance with organizational standards and security.

Collaborate with system administrators and developers to resolve escalated issues.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of PC and mobile hardware/software support.

Familiarity with XML and web service standards.

Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.

Understanding of Agile support methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
