Workforce Productivity Service Desk Specialist 

 

The Workforce Productivity Service Desk Specialist provides frontline technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of desktop, mobile, and cloud-based productivity tools. This role focuses on rapid issue resolution, escalation, and end-user satisfaction. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries via multiple channels. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues. 
  • Support application messaging and integration using XML and related technologies. 
  • Log, track, and escalate incidents and service requests as needed. 
  • Provide user guidance on SharePoint, web tools, and workforce productivity platforms. 

 

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ITSM tools. 
  • Familiarity with application messaging standards (XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI). 
  • Understanding of common desktop and mobile device configurations. 
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. 
  • Exposure to Agile service management processes.
