SaaS Platform Administrator
The SaaS Platform Administrator manages and supports the technical operations of SaaS and CMS platforms, ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
Administer SaaS platforms, including user, release, configuration, and storage management.
Maintain and support WordPress and other CMS systems.
Manage authentication integrations and access controls.
Monitor performance, apply patches, and troubleshoot issues.
Document configurations, maintenance, and upgrades.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience administering SaaS platforms and CMS environments.
Familiarity with authentication technologies (SSO/MFA).
Knowledge of front-end technologies and REST APIs.
Understanding of web application security.
Strong system maintenance and documentation skills.
