Position: Respiratory Therapist
Location: Syracuse, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Pay Rate: $45 – $57/hr
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Respiratory Therapist for an exciting job in Syracuse, NY.
Responsibilities:
Administer positive pressure and aerosol therapy
Monitor and manage oxygen therapy
Assist physicians with initiating and maintaining continuous ventilation
Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
Conduct pulmonary function tests and radial arterial punctures
Deliver patient care with minimal orientation and supervision in acute care settings
Qualifications:
Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Respiratory Therapy (Required)
Active New York State Respiratory Therapist License and Registration (Required)
Minimum 2 years of post-degree clinical acute care experience (Required)
Pediatric care experience (Preferred)
