Salary: $295,000 – $350,000 per year
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for an exciting leadership opportunity in one of the five boroughs of the New York City metropolitan area.
Lead all nursing departments to achieve top-quality, patient-centered care.
Drive Magnet® standards, quality improvement, and workforce engagement.
Partner with senior leadership on policies, staffing, and compliance.
Create programs that support nurse recruitment, retention, and education.
Advance the organization’s Magnet® recognition and professional practice goals.
Active RN license in New York State.
Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (required).
8+ years of progressive nursing leadership, including 3+ years in an executive or director role.
Proven success leading or sustaining Magnet®-recognized programs.
Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and change leadership.
Experience in urban or safety-net hospitals.
Prior Magnet Program Director experience.
Advanced certifications such as NEA-BC or FACHE.
