Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join the Project Management team within the Energy Services division of a leading service delivery organization. The Project Manager will oversee a key HVAC improvement project, managing it from mid-point execution through completion. This role requires strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams—including technicians, engineers, and project support staff—to ensure timely, efficient, and on-budget delivery.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative, proactive, and capable of balancing independent initiative with team-driven execution. Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
Work on-site 3–5 days per week, with hybrid flexibility based on project execution needs.
Manage a customer-facing HVAC project from mid-execution through closeout.
Lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to achieve high-quality results.
Serve as the main point of contact for the client, scheduling meetings, answering inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships.
Track and report on project performance, budgets, revenue, and payment schedules.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communication effectively.
Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks.
Contribute to improving internal processes related to project tracking, budgeting, and customer engagement.
Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure project alignment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field required (Associate degree with relevant experience may be considered).
4–5+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Construction Management required.
Prior experience in Energy Services or Construction is preferred.
HVAC or Controls experience highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client, vendor, and team coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, SmartSheet, JIRA, MS Project, etc.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and performance metrics effectively.
CAPM, PMP, and/or CEM certification(s) preferred.
