Strategy and Portfolio Strategic Planning Manager

Location - Tacoma, WA

The Strategy and Portfolio Strategic Planning Manager leads the development and execution of enterprise IT strategies and portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology investments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic IT roadmaps that align with organizational goals.
Lead strategic planning sessions with stakeholders and executive leadership.
Manage governance frameworks for IT initiatives and investment decisions.
Oversee demand and resource planning across multiple portfolios.
Provide executive reporting and performance metrics for strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in IT strategic planning and governance.
Knowledge of business relationship management and demand planning.
Proven track record managing project portfolios and service portfolios.
Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
