Technology Operations Communication Service Technician

Location - Tacoma, WA

The Technology Operations Communication Service Technician provides hands-on technical support for telecommunication systems, ensuring reliable voice and radio communications across infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain telephony and radio systems.
Support field operations for tower sites and cabling infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and repair voice and network connectivity issues.
Collaborate with engineers and administrators on upgrades.
Document work orders and maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with Avaya and Cisco telephony equipment.
Knowledge of digital voice, radio, and microwave systems.
Familiarity with cable plant infrastructure (copper and fiber).
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work in field and data center environments.
