Technology Operations Business Analyst

Location - Tacoma, WA

The Technology Operations Business Analyst bridges operational requirements and technical teams, helping to design and implement infrastructure and network solutions that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document technical and business requirements for infrastructure and network projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and administrators to define solutions.
Support planning for data center upgrades, telephony enhancements, and network modernization.
Assist with asset tracking, documentation, and compliance reporting.
Ensure alignment with security and operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Familiarity with networking, telephony, and infrastructure technologies.
Knowledge of Cisco, Avaya, VMware, Nutanix, and Cohesity environments.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Understanding of IAM and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
Experience working in Agile or structured project environments.
