Location - Tacoma, WA

The Decision Support Test Manager leads testing activities for analytics, data, and spatial platforms to ensure high data quality, performance, and reliability across reporting and decision support systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive test strategies for SAP HANA, Tableau, Snowflake, and GIS/ESRI systems.
• Oversee testing for data pipelines, analytics dashboards, and integrations with open/public data portals.
• Coordinate functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage test environments, schedules, and defect resolution processes.
• Ensure testing processes align with data governance, security, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience testing SAP HANA data models and integrations.
• Familiarity with Tableau and Snowflake testing practices.
• Knowledge of spatial data validation using ESRI platforms.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies for data platforms.
• Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
