Decision Support Data Scientist

Location - Tacoma, WA

The Decision Support Data Scientist builds predictive models and applies advanced analytics to large datasets to identify trends, improve operations, and support data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models using large-scale datasets.
Work with SAP HANA, Snowflake, and data lakes to prepare analytical datasets.
Perform spatial analytics using ESRI and GIS data.
Visualize insights in Tableau or similar platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize predictive insights.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with SAP HANA analytics, Snowflake, and big data environments.
Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
Strong knowledge of Tableau and spatial data analysis using ESRI.
Familiarity with open and public data portals.
Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
