Title - Workforce Productivity Systems Operator

Location - Tacoma, WA

The Workforce Productivity Systems Operator supports the day-to-day operation and monitoring of workforce productivity systems, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance of IT services.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor desktop, mobile, and cloud-based environments for performance and availability.
Execute routine system tasks, updates, and scheduled jobs.
Support incident response and escalation processes.
Assist with application testing and preproduction readiness checks.
Maintain operational documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Experience

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ITSM environments.
Knowledge of XML, SOAP, and related integration technologies.
Understanding of basic .NET platform components.
Experience with Agile or SCRUM operational workflows.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
