Title: Technical Architect
Location: Remote (Richmond, VA)
Duration: 11 Months (Contract)
Pay Rate: $60/hour
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with hands-on expertise in the FAST platform to define, design, and guide the implementation of scalable and secure software solutions. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership, align technology strategies with business goals, and ensure optimal system performance and maintainability.
Define the technical vision and establish architectural direction to support overall business objectives.
Design cloud-native applications that are scalable, secure, and maintainable for enterprise-level deployment.
Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system reliability and development efficiency.
Manage and mitigate technical debt by identifying risks, proposing solutions, and ensuring long-term system sustainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between architecture, design, and implementation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Proven experience working with the FAST platform (required).
Strong background in software architecture, cloud technologies, and system design.
Experience evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into enterprise systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
