Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Falmouth, MA
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (40 hours/week)
Pay: $36 – $46/hr
Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse for an exciting job in Falmouth, MA.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care according to resident care plans and physician orders.
Supervise and support nursing assistants to maintain quality standards.
Accurately document care, condition changes, and physician interactions.
Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders; administer medications and treatments.
Provide professional nursing services including catheter care, tube feedings, wound care, suctioning, specimen collection, and more.
Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure person-centered care.
Monitor and maintain medical supplies and floor stock medications.
Participate in new resident/family orientation and facility surveys/inspections.
Provide health education to residents and families as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care and health information.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited LPN program or approved nursing degree.
Current, unencumbered LPN license in Massachusetts (MA).
BLS/CPR and AED certification required.
Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to supervise staff and work collaboratively in a team environment.
