Job Summary:
The RN – Med/Surg provides professional nursing care to patients recovering from illness or surgery. The role focuses on clinical excellence, patient safety, and compassionate communication.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and provide individualized patient care.
Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain documentation in EMR systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience.
Excellent time management and patient assessment skills.
Licenses & Certifications:
Active RN license (NY).
Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.
