Local: $2,100 weekly
Traveler: $2,726.50 weekly
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Manager / Utilization Review for an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse, NY.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Conduct utilization review and CDI processes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with patients/families
Document all reviews in EPIC EMR
Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Active NY RN license & BLS certification
1.5+ years recent acute care experience (within last 2 years)
EPIC EMR experience preferred
Excellent communication and clinical judgment skills
Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
