Pay Rate: $51 to $56 per hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Eugene, OR.
Responsibilities:
Assess, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients in an outpatient setting.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient mobility and function.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, wellness, and rehabilitation strategies.
Document patient progress and maintain detailed clinical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate care.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe treatment environment.
Qualifications:
Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Oregon.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Outpatient experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
CPR/BLS certification preferred.
