Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by a Physical Therapist.
Provide therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy as directed.
Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Mandatory Requirements:

Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Utah.
